Third Quarter 1996 Meeting -- Lair No. 2

The third meeting of Lair No. 2 took place on July 19, 1996 at the Bent Mountain Lodge. It was a Mass Challenge meeting. The challenge presented was for the best story originating in Floyd County, Virgina, home of moonshiners, hippies and hooligans. Taking the Jonathan Zerse Landgraf Prize was Peter Fosl.
