The second meeting of the Roanoke Lair was held at the Coach & Four Restaurant on April 27, 1996. Bill Krause presented on the Saltville Hungry Mothers. Mayor David Bowers of Roanoke attended this meeting, making up for missing the first meeting of Lair No. 2 because of the Great Blizzard of '96.
