Dave hails from western Pennsylvania and is a charter member of Lair No. 3. He earned his doctorate in church history from the University of Saint Andrews, Scotland. These days he is a priest in the Anglican Church of North American and teaches at Gordon-Conwell Seminary in Massachusetts.
